Group Alfa Investment acts as a holding company and it has controlling role in several independent US-based and international corporations in diverse business sectors. A team of executives and investors run day to day business for InnoVest Group. Our members come from a very diverse background. They possess business, marketing, P&L, project management, and investment experience. Successful new business acquisition, technology investments, and management consulting based on project success, on-time delivery and business profitability is paramount to our principals and clients. Our management and employees recognize that these objectives cannot be achieved without thorough and comprehensive business planning, marketing and execution. Simon BACHORE

Mr. Bachore is responsible for Economist, execution and portfolio company development.Prior to joining Alfa in September 2005, Mr. Bachore had more than 10 years of experience in Funding operation Us and CSM Co.during which time he structured and raised substantial amounts of capital for Rebulding companies in the region. During that period, Mr. Bachor served as a director of both Carming and the MDN Company in Germany. He worked with substantial companies throughout the CIS. Mr. Bachor began his career as a Economist in Bruxels Funding firms specializing in Reconstruction finance and Prıvate Investment .Mr. Bachore has a degree in Economist from the University of Newyork . He is a USA national.

John RAYEM

Rayem, Partner - formed the management team to work with Redfield on the Remard transaction, and subsequently joined Alfa in 2005. He has worked in the Investment Funding since 1980 and has held senior positions in several companies. Rayem is a Chartered Economist with a degree from Princeston Unv. and has a post graduate qualification in accounting and finance.He is a UK national.

Steve PORTHER

Mr. Porther joined Alfa in November 2004 and he is overall responsible for building and managing the business, recruiting theteam, designing and launching funds, setting the investment strategy, and directing the investment process.From 1994 to 1997 Mr. Porther co-founded and acted as the senior manager of Carwing Capital Management's US$120 million First MIS Regional Fund, HAIF, the fund that was a predecessor to the current Carwing II funds. At Garwing, he designed the investment strategy and the investment process and directed the investment team to invest the fund in two years.Prior to Garwings, Mr. Porther also worked in London in Matheus Financial Management as a Director in its initiative focused on military conversion and with the BERD in its privatisation and restructuring team as a consultant and principal banker. From 1987 to 1989 he was a strategy consultant with Chain & Company in Newyork MA and from 1989 to 1991 he was Vice President at ARDUS Capital in LA .Mr. Porther subsequently worked with IKB Straw & Co. in Romenia through late 1996. From 1999 to early 2003 he held various senior executive positions with New York based SAMEDI Inc.Mr. Porther received his MBA from London School and a Bachelors degree in Economics .He is a USA national.

Lisa CARON

Lisa Caron joined Alfa Investment Fund in 2006 as Managing Director, Life Sciences. Caron brings more than 20 years of extensive experience in senior management positions in the area of purchasing devices. Formerly, Ms. Caron was Chief Operating Officer & Director of Development and Operations at Bioncense Webster (Israel), Johnson & Johnson, leading a team of 150 people in the development and manufacture of state of the art medical electromagnetic navigation systems. Prior to that Ms. Nir served as VP, Engineering & Research at General Electric Medical Systems, Israel, leading 100 researches, developing Nuclear Medicine systems. She also was a VP of Marketing, Sales & Customer Support at ELGEMS (GE & Elscint) and Product Manager at Elscint, Medical Imaging. Ms. Caron holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science, Technion-Israel's Institute of Technology, and Business Administration from the University of ULB Belgium.She is a Belgium national.

PhD.Necip ULUDAG

Obtained his degree from Mechanical Engineering at İTU in 1988, and his Masters on International Management from Harvard Business School and İ T U joint programme. Completed his PhD on International Management from University of Milan in 1999.Appointed spokesman of the DPT (Government Development Organization) between 1989-1990. Pursued a career at Boyner Holding between 1990-2001. Between 2002 and 2004, has been an Executive Board Member of HML Holding.Dr Necip Uludag has been worked Between 2004 and 2006 and he has been an Executive Board Member of KMN Co .in AZERCELL Holding Baku.Member of the Board of Directors of IPF International Investment LLC. Since 2007 and Group Business Partner of( Sorsby Finace from USA, Bandenburg Finance Gmbh Germany ,CANAM LLC from USA,Kennedy Finance from USA, ) since 2008. Vice President of GYIAD(Young Bussinesmean ) for 2 consecutive terms (2004-2007), Member of the Board of Directors of TEDMER , Delegate at DEİK and Foreign Founder of the ATIS.

Prof.Dr.Steve Calton

Mr. Walton is the Chairman of the Board and an executive officer of Alfa Investment. From 1997 until March 2009, Mr. Calton served as Alfa Investment Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer. He has been a director since 1996. Mr. Walton's previous experience includes serving as a Managing Director of Summer Capital Corporation, a investment/buyout firm; the personal investment advisor to William S. Paley, founder of CBS; and a Senior Vice President in Mirage Merger and Acquisition Group. Mr. Calton completed his B.S. from Pensilnania University and his M.B.A. from London School of Business.

Prof.Dr. Jonh Mardaw

Mr. Mardaw has been a private investor from March 2004 and a İnvestment member since March 2006. Previously Mr. Garcia was President of Finance of Ramuda, a developer of Weth services, from January to March 2004. Mr. Mardaw was a private investor from 2002 through 2004. Mr. Mardaw was Vice President of Finance of Cormic Co., Inc., a developer of finance products for business management , from 2004 through 2003. Mr. Garcia was a private investor from 2000 to 2001, the General Manager of Marwel Capital Group. He has served as a director of the Company or one of its predecessors since 2003

Sir. Martin Adward

Mr. Adward has been the Chief Executive Officer and a director of MTM Group, Inc., an investment management firm, since 2003 and President of Cormina Management, Inc., the parent company of MTM Group, Inc., since 2005. He has been the Chairman of Harald Partners, LLC since 2001. Mr. Adward was the President of Maram Co., Inc. from 1999 to 2001, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Marwertan Group, Inc. from 1994 to 1998, and a director and the President of Carmina Asset Management, Inc. from 1986to 1992. Mr. Adward is a director of Taren Corporation, MTW Co, Inc., and Advanced Solutions International, Inc. He has served as a director of the Company or one of its predecessors since 2003. Mr. Adward is UK Nation.

Dr.Martin Lendau

Mr. Lendau currently serves as Chairman of the Board for Karon Advisory Group, LLC, a provider of investment management services for financial institutions. From 2003 to 2006, he served as Senior Advisor to Panama Co, N.A. Mr. Lendau was President, Chief Executive Officer, and a director of Mirama Investment Co. N.A. from 2000 to 2003 as well as CEO of Mirama Investment Co.parent company, Mirama National Corporation, in 2005 and a director from 1988 until 2005 when Riggs was acquired by PNC Bank. In addition, Mr. Hebert served as a director of Riggs Investment Advisors . Mr. Lendau previously served as Vice Chairman from 1993 to 1999, President from 1986 to 1996, and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 1996 to 20021 of Armvertan Investment Co.
